Hacienda Real Del Caribe Hotel Playa del Carmen

The place is attractive and clean, everything is great, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The setting is awesome and incredible, near to bus station, the 5th Avenue and shops.

My stay was VERY NICE here.

We appreciated staff and location. Polite staff were that happened to be the manager. Everything was simply good.

Appealing place, it was fairly clean and had lovely staff that happened to be the manager. It was in a very central setting very close to the center. The breakfast was not expensive and low cost, we enjoyed fresh bread and toast👌

The staff is accommodating, the breakfast inexpensive, the ocation is ideal near clubs and the beach, restaurants, entertainment and shops and 5th Avenue.

Would recomand this place and will be back. We liked the hotel, its very good staff and location. The room was very good, exceptionally comfortable bed.

So glad we chose it, spent 4 quiet days here. Fresh bread and toast for breakfast were delightful, and overall it was a cheap morning meal.

I liked the hotel, it's pretty and the location is convenient close to everything. Nice sized room, huge bathroom. Bread and toast served in the morning. Had a wonderful stay here.

The hotel was centrally located, and we liked having an efficient room. Our room had a lovely bed and a pleasant view. There were agreeable employees, an exemplary service. The American breakfast was free and included eggs, coffee, sausages, cheese and hot waffles, everything was affordable.

The hotel is extraordinary, the location is simply wonderful, the staff at the property are totally professional.

Perfect features and picturesque location.

We loved the comforts of this premium hotel. Everything was perfectly organized, stunning and cheap room. Workers were fine, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. The place was walking distance to Kaxapa Factory, where you can have dinner. Very good value for money as opposed to other options, centrally located.

The check-in was hassle-free, the room was updated, the breakfast was adequate! Everyone who worked there was happy.

An unreal hotel with perfect location, plus the staff were ready to help. The food was cheap and we loved it. Nice place to stay in Playa del Carmen, if compared to other hotels.
